Course Description
This course is designed for students who want to remain active and who are interested in learning about lifetime activities. Students will gain knowledge of individual and dual activities that may be carried into adulthood for enhancement of life. Activities include, but are not limited to yoga, disc golf, tennis, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, dance, bowling, speedminton, and pilates. |
